Daniel Konicek has been selected as one of the Illinois Super Lawyers every year since 2005. Dan Konicek was selected as a Leading Lawyer in 2009 and has been asked to join The National Trial Lawyers, a national organization composed of America's premier trial lawyers from each state. Daniel Konicek was honored as one of Illinois' top lawyers by inclusion in the "40 Under 40 Illinois Attorneys to Watch." He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates and has tried more than 80 cases to verdict in Illinois, Wisconsin and Colorado.
Thomas Dillon handles civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels, primarily representing plaintiffs in serious injury, wrongful death and nursing home litigation. He has tried numerous cases to verdict, and argued in the Illinois Supreme Court and The Illinois Appellate Courts. Tom Dillon has served as chair of the Kane County Bar Association Professionalism Committee, published numerous articles, and presented dozens of seminars on attorney ethics and professionalism.
