Who Is At Risk Of An Accident?

What can we learn reviewing Illinois road traffic accident statistics? Three facts leap out from the mass of numbers collected by the Illinois Department of Transportation — accidents happen at all times of day, on all types of roads and involve all types of vehicles. A large percentage of these accidents involve negligence, including distracted driving, speeding, aggressive driving and drunk driving.

If you have been injured or a family member has died in an accident, you may be entitled to compensation for your economic and noneconomic losses. You should speak with an attorney as soon as possible.

In a free consultation, an attorney at Konicek & Dillon, P.C., can review your case, explain your rights and discuss how we can help you.
