Stephen Koniak

Stephen Koniak is a dedicated plaintiff’s personal injury attorney committed to helping injured individuals and families navigate some of life’s most difficult moments. He represents clients in matters involving motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, dangerous premises, and other negligence-based claims, advocating aggressively to secure the compensation and justice his clients deserve.

Stephen earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2024 while working full-time and attending the school’s evening division program — an experience that reflects the discipline, perseverance, and work ethic he brings to his practice every day. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in November 2024. Before law school, he attended Saint Louis University, where he developed the strong work ethic and service-oriented mindset that continue to guide his legal career.

Known for his approachable demeanor and tireless advocacy, Stephen takes pride in building strong relationships with his clients and providing personalized representation through every stage of the legal process. He understands the physical, emotional, and financial challenges that often follow serious injuries and works diligently to help clients move forward with confidence.

Outside the office, Stephen is a devoted husband and father of three who enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. He is also active in his community through volunteer work with Ducks Unlimited and proudly supports Cal's Angels, a nonprofit organization dedicated to granting wishes and raising awareness for children battling pediatric cancer.
